Born May 22nd 1981 Willie Fortune (aged 43) has built up a good career record of 18-2-0. On February 22nd, 2013, Fortune took on and was defeated by Tureano Johnson in his first career defeat meaning his career tally went to 15-1-0. Coming into the fight with high confidence Fortune fought his next fight against Tureano Johnson on February 22nd, 2013. Unfortunately, Fortune was outclassed and lost the decision on the judges scorecards taking his record to 15-1-0.
Fortune went into his next career fight with a record of 15-1-0 and took this to 16 wins with a win against Justin Danforth on May 10th, 2013. The 6 round fight ended in the 2nd round via TKO crowning Fortune as only the 10th to stop Danforth. Fortune then went on to win again against Angel Rios setting him up well for his next pro fight.
Fortune's career took a knock with a loss against Ievgen Khytrov on August 8th, 2014 taking his record to 17-2-0. Being outclassed early, Fortune struggled to get going in this 8 round fight and received the first stoppage defeat of his career at the hands of Khytrov. The fight went 1 rounds before ending via a TKO defeat.
Willie Fortune went into his fight with Dedrick Bell on November 12th, 2015 with 17 wins and he added another win to his record taking it to 18 wins by beating Bell. Fortune out-boxed Bell over 6 rounds in his most recent performance, taking the win via UD and moving on to bigger and better things.
