Blas miguel Martinez's debut fight took place on June 2007 when he was 25 years of age. Martinez went into his next fight against Server Yemurlayev on August 30th, 2010 with a career record of 12-2-0. Yemurlayev was a fight too far for Martinez and after a rough fight Yemurlayev became the first person to stop Martinez in round 10. Martinez then went on to win a further 6 fights taking his record to 16 wins, 4 losses and 0 draw.
Martinez's next defeat of his career came against Giovanni De carolis on January 20th, 2012 taking his career record to 16-5-0. Martinez was stopped by Giovanni De carolis in the 3rd round of a 12 round fight via KO. It was Martinez's 2nd stoppage defeat in his career.
Martinez lost to Jamie Cox in his next fight. Taking place on July 24th, 2015, Martinez's career record after this fight stood at 21-8-1. Martinez failed to go into the later rounds with Cox, with Cox stopping him in the 1st round and becoming the 3rd person to stop Martinez.
Taking another knock in his career, Martinez fought Jose manuel Iglesias on October 10th, 2015 and was defeated by Iglesias. A blow for Martinez confidence, Martinez was taken the full distance by Iglesias and was handed a UD loss on the judges decision. A tough technical fight that leaves Martinez unsure on where his career will head next.
