Although beaten, Craig Evans has gained plenty of experience over 15 fights and a 5 year long career so far. Evans didn't take long to get comfortable in the pro game, becoming the first person to stop Dan Carr (a 2 fight pro) via TKO in the 1st round. Following his debut, Evans had an impressive start to his career as he went on to win his next 8 fights including 2 times in 2010 and 3 times in 2012 fighting the likes of as Paddy Mcgarrity, Scott Moises and Marc Callaghan.
Paddy Mcgarrity was beaten next on December 4th, 2010 meaning Evans could maintain his unbeaten streak. Evans was the 2nd person to go the distance with Mcgarrity. Evans fought Paddy Mcgarrity in 2010, the result was via PTS. 4 wins followed for Evans including being the 12th person to stop Marc Callaghan (Round 1 RTD), 3rd person to beat Scott Moises and 26th person to defeat Ibrar Riyaz.
On May 25th, 2012 Evans fought and beat Dougie Curran (5-12-2) to continue his unbeaten streak. The win against Curran happened in the 1st round of a 6 round fight via RTD. Fights against Andoni Alonso, Ronnie Clark, Dame Seck and 3 others followed where he won all 6 fights taking his winning streak to 13 wins.
Evans then went on to fight and beat Jacek Wylezol on February 14th, 2015 maintaining his unbeaten record. Evans was the 6th person to beat Jacek Wylezol where he showed his talent as a technical boxer, beating him over 8 rounds in his 14th professional fight.
The wins stalled following a defeat from Scott Cardle on May 30th, 2015 taking Evans's record to 14-1-0. A confident Evans came against his biggest challenge to date on May 30th, 2015, being out-boxed in a 12 round UD loss to Cardle on the judges decision. This was Evans's first defeat as a pro.
