Born April 24th 1989 Michael Devine (aged 35) has built up a good career record of 13-4-1. With plenty of experience and now 18 fights as a pro, Devine hopes to move on to better things in future as he moves into the later stages of his career. He started his best winning streak on June 2009 however, this came to an end on June 2014. In this period he won a total of 8 fights.
Devine didn't take long to get comfortable in the pro game, becoming the first person to stop Michael Harvey (a 0 fight pro) via TKO in the 3rd round. The win came via TKO in the 3rd round of a 4 round bout. Devine's winning streak went from 3 wins to 5 after he then defeated boxers including Dan Carr and Sid Razak.
Devine went into his next career fight with a record of 5-1-0 and took this to 6 wins with a win against Vladimir Balaklijec on October 8th, 2011. Balaklijec was a worthy challenger but Devine was too much and became the first person to stop Balaklijec via TKO during round 2. 3 wins followed for Devine including being the 8th person to beat Kristian Dochev, 16th person to beat Dan Naylor and 47th person to defeat Robin Deakin.
Pushing his career further, Devine fought Alec Bazza on March 8th, 2014 adding to his winning record. Continuing his career, Devine fought Alec Bazza in 2014 over 4 rounds. Devine was the 2nd person to go the distance with Alec Bazza.
Taking a knock to his career, Devine fought and was defeated by Adam Dingsdale on May 16th, 2015 taking his record to 13-3-1. Devine fought a brave fight but in the end was outclassed by Adam Dingsdale over the 10 distance.
Taking another knock in his career, Devine fought Tommy Martin on September 12th, 2015 and was defeated by Martin. Once again Devine was in a tough fight, one that proved to be a step too far in Devine's latest fight. Opponent Martin fought well and was rewarded with a win, and crowned only the 2nd man to stop Devine in the process. The fight ended in round 10 via TKO.
