Cory Cummings was the next fight for Chilemba on August 2nd, 2014 and also his next career win. Cummings was stopped in the 7th round via TKO crowning Chilemba as the first person to stop this opponent. Fights against boxers Vasily Lepikhin followed taking his record to 24-3-2
