On June 21st, 2014 Cardos fought and beat Bogdan Mitic (19-5-0) to continue his unbeaten streak. Cardos's UD win against Bogdan Mitic came via judges decision of a 10 round fight. Cardos became the 6th person to defeat Mitic and secured a great win.
Ensuring he remained unbeaten, Florin Cardos defeated Daniel Rasilla on February 21st, 2015 in his most recent fight. Keeping his record on track, Cardos showed his boxing ability in his most recent fight, taking Daniel Rasilla the distance and securing a UD decision victory in a 10 round fight.
