Butler went into his next career fight with a record of 20-5-0 and took this to 21 wins with a win against Thomas Costello on March 9th, 2013. Costello was stopped in the 10th round via TKO crowning Butler as the first person to stop this opponent. Fights against Jason Ball, Cello Renda and Martin Concepcion followed where he won all 3 fights taking his winning streak to 24 wins.

Latest Fight

Taking another knock in his career, Butler fought Gary Corcoran on March 25th, 2016 and was defeated by Corcoran. Opponent Corcoran fought well and proved he was technically superior to Butler over the full 10 round fight. The fight came to a close after the final bell, Corcoran the victor on the judges decision (UD), with Butler left wondering where his career will go next.
