Staritng his career off in tremendous fashion in August 2005, Arroyo became the 5th quickest fighter to have ever stopped Rasheen Daniels. The fight ended in round 1 via TKO stoppage. Arroyo built on his successful start to his career by fighting 3 times in 2005, 3 times in 2006 and 1 times through 2007 and 2008 which included fights against Nelson Romine, John Lipscomb and Sheldon Rudolph to name just a few.
Next was Roberto Acevedo on May 15th, 2009 where Arroyo took the win continuing his unbeaten streak. Arroyo's fight against Roberto Acevedo came in the 6th round of a 8 round fight via RTD. Arroyo became the first person to stop Acevedo. Another win followed for Arroyo taking his win tally to 9 wins.
Taking the first knock of his career, Arroyo fought Mike Dallas jr on September 12th, 2009 and was defeated by Dallas jr. On September 12th, 2009, Arroyo took on and was defeated over the distance by Mike Dallas jr in his first career defeat. Arroyo lost via UD in a valiant effort. Arroyo then went on to win again against Jeremy Bryan setting him up well for his next pro fight.
Pushing his career further, Arroyo fought Willie Nelson on April 8th, 2011 adding to his winning record. In what was a true showing of Arroyo's technical ability, Arroyo got the decision in the 8 round fight, and became the first person to beat Nelson.
In Arroyo's most recent fight, Hector Sanchez was handed a beating by Arroyo on September 9th, 2011 to ensure his win record increased further again to 12 wins. Arroyo out-boxed Sanchez over 10 rounds in his most recent performance, taking the win via UD and moving on to bigger and better things.
