On November 2nd, 2012, Verde was in action again with a win via TKO against Luis fernando Becerra taking his mostly successful record to 18-5-1. Verde was the 4th person to stop Luis fernando and he did it in the 2nd round via TKO. The fight was due to last 10 rounds.
Verde went into his next fight against Moises Fuentes on June 28th, 2013 with a career record of 18 wins. Fighting over a competitive 10 round bout, Verde was outclassed in his most recent outing taking a UD loss over the distance at the hands of Fuentes.
