Fights against Jhon alberto Molina, Jose Nieves, Andre Wilson and 3 others followed where he won all 6 fights taking his winning streak to 16 wins.

Chris Avalos Vs Christopher Martin

Taking the first knock of his career, Avalos fought Christopher Martin on August 6th, 2010 and was defeated by Martin. Avalos's first defeat came over the full distance against Christopher Martin on August 6th, 2010. The fight went to the judges in a SD loss for Avalos. 8 wins followed where Avalos went on to fight Rolly Lunas, Yenifel Vicente and Drian Francisco amongst others, prolonging his win streak.

Pushing his career further, Avalos fought Yasutaka Ishimoto on May 31st, 2014 adding to his winning record. Avalos was the first person to stop Yasutaka Ishimoto and he did it in the 8th round via TKO. Another win followed for Avalos taking his win tally to 25 wins.

Taking a knock to his career, Avalos fought and was defeated by Carl Frampton on February 28th, 2015 taking his record to 25-3-0. Carl Frampton became the first person to stop Avalos. The win came via TKO in the 5th round of a 12 round bout. Avalos then went on to fight 2nd stoppage defeat to Oscar Valdez and 7th person to beat Rey Perez in his next 2 ensuring his record was 26-4-0

Chris Avalos Vs Mark Magsayo

Mark Magsayo was next in line for Avalos where unfortunately, he was defeated on April 23rd, 2016 taking his record to 26-5-0. Avalos's fight against Mark Magsayo was Avalos's 3rd stoppage defeat which came via TKO in the 6th round of the fight.

Latest Fight

Avalos's next defeat of his career came against Leo Santa cruz on October 14th, 2017. A great performance by opponent Santa cruz added a 4th stoppage defeat to Avalos's career. Avalos was outmatched and the fight was brought to a halt in round 8 via KO.
