On May 4th, 2007, Tann took on and was defeated by Chris Arreola meaning his career tally went to 23-3-0. Tann faced the first stoppage of his career against Chris Arreola in the 8th round of a 8 round fight via TKO.
Tann went into his next fight against Alexander Dimitrenko on July 14th, 2007 with a career record of 23-4-0. Tann's fight against Alexander Dimitrenko was Tann's 2nd stoppage defeat which came via TKO in the 5th round of the fight.
The next defeat of Tann's career came against Dillian Whyte on August 19th, 2017. This took his career record to 23-5-0. Once again Tann was in a tough fight, one that proved to be a step too far in Tann's latest fight. Opponent Whyte fought well and was rewarded with a win, and crowned only the 3rd man to stop Tann in the process. The fight ended in round 3 via TKO.
