Following on from his debut, Bostic continued his mostly successful career by fighting in a further 14 fights. In this time he fought Toris Brewer, Craig Gandy and Felix Cepeda to name just a few, fighting once in 2003, once in 2004 and 12 times through 2005, 2006 and 2007 in this period.
Unfortunately, the first defeat of Bostic's career came against Shawn Corbin on October 14th, 2004 in Bostic's 2nd professional fight. Taking the first setback of his career, the October 14th, 2004 Corbin defeat went the full distance and ended via UD.
Bostic kept his losses at 1 by beating Edwin Ranquillo on May 6th, 2005. Showing his class against Ranquillo, Bostic was the 2nd person to go the distance with this opponent. Fights against boxers including Felix Cepeda, Toris Brewer and Craig Gandy followed where he won 18 fights taking his winning streak to 19 wins.
Taking a knock to his career, Bostic fought and was defeated by Mateusz Masternak on December 19th, 2009 taking his record to 19-3-0. Bostic was beaten by Mateusz Masternak in the 7th round. The win came via RTD in the 7th round. This was Bostic's first stoppage defeat. Bostic then went on to win a further 4 fights taking his record to 23 wins, 3 losses and 0 draws.
Furthering his career, Bostic fought Yuzo Kiyota on October 11th, 2010 and continued his career to a record of 24-3-0. The win came via TKO. Kiyota was stopped in the 1st round via TKO meaning Bostic was the first person to stop this opponent.
Bostic's next defeat of his career came against Isaac Chilemba on October 1st, 2011. Once again Bostic was in a tough fight, one that proved to be a step too far in Bostic's latest fight. Opponent Chilemba fought well and was rewarded with a win, and crowned only the 2nd man to stop Bostic in the process. The fight ended in round 2 via KO.
